Facility & Equipment
Our 10,000 square foot climate-controlled facility houses three Van Dorn injection molding machines ranging from 300 to 700 tons. This range allows us to handle medium-to-large parts and accommodate a variety of mold sizes. Each machine is equipped with the latest process controllers to maintain precise temperature, pressure, and speed parameters throughout the cycle.
Supporting our presses is a full complement of auxiliary equipment, including AEC Whitlock dryers, Temp Tek thermolators, 8-zone SVG units, and PETS and Fast Heat manifold controllers. Vacuum loaders ensure consistent material flow, while a 5-ton overhead crane and 15,000 lb boom truck facilitate safe and efficient mold changes and material handling. This investment in equipment translates to repeatable processing and shorter turnaround times.
Mold Tryout Services
Mold tryouts are a core part of our business. We work with toolmakers and OEMs to validate new molds before they go into full production. Our experienced technicians analyze fill patterns, cooling behavior, and part geometry to identify potential issues early. By dialing in the process on our latest controllers, we help reduce scrap and downtime once the tool is in production.

While we do not hold formal ISO certifications (preferring to let our work speak), we adhere to disciplined process documentation and in-process checks.
